We offer a 30 days no questions asked return policy. This doesn't include engraved items or custom ordered items unless an error has been made on our part. We hope that you will always love everything you buy from us, but we know that there may be a time that you need to return something and we want to make it as easy for you as possible. Below is our return policy.


The item being returned must be received by us, not later than 30 days from the date the package was sent to you.

The item being returned, must be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition, along with all accessories etc that were supplied with it. In other words, exactly as it was received by you! Please make sure to use the package that the item came to you in. We pack very carefully, insuring that you will receive the item in perfect condition. Cufflinks, tie slides etc must be inserted back into their holders and if any item is received with additional protective packaging inside the presentation box to hold the item in place, this must also be used for the return.

The return must be insured and by some form of a trackable/proof of delivery method. All mail carrier services are very good, but problems can and do unfortunately occur and we cannot be held responsible for any packages damaged or lost in transit. If an item is received back from you damaged (due to damage etc in transit) we will notify you and ask that you make a claim against the shipper. If the return is by UPS/FEDEX, we will also call them notifying them that we are the recipient and that the goods are damaged so that a file will have already been opened once you start your claim.

Unless the return is due to a damaged item, shipping charges are not refundable.

If you receive the item damaged, please call us on 828-369-7718 (Please have your invoice available) for further assistance and instructions.

Custom orders, engraved orders, corporate orders and other special orders are not subject to return, unless it is a result of an error on the part of Cufflinks House.

Once the item has been received, you will receive communication from us to let you know that things are in hand.
