IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS ENTERED AND IT NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED, FEDEX CHARGE A CHANGE FEE WHICH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL ALSO CAUSE A DELAY IN THE DELIVERY. Standard
shipping ($6.95) orders within the U.S.A will be sent mostly
via FEDEX Ground or Home Delivery service or else the USPS insured service with delivery confirmation. You will receive an e-mail
from FEDEX confirming that the shipment is in their hands, and a link
to track your package. In instances where FEDEX is not used such as P.O.Box or
APO/FPO addresses or else we have used the postal service for another reason, we will use USPS insured mail with delivery
confirmation. We will send you an e-mail giving you the delivery confirmation
number. This can be viewed on USPS.COM and will initially show when
the package was accepted by the post office.
For Expedited/Express orders

We ship via FEDEX Express. Please
note that APO/FPO addresses cannot use expedited delivery as we can
only ship via the USPS (no other carriers permitted) and express mail
is not a permitted service so you will need to select standard shipping
and we use priority mail.

For International orders
($20.00 for packages containing jewelry and cufflinks etc and $50.00 for the heavier items such as watch boxes, jewelry boxes and cufflinks storage boxes) we will only ship via FEDEX International service as you
will be able to track the progress of the shipment and they are able
to check on things quickly should a delay occur. The Post office is
not able to assist or quickly check on any package once it leave the
US and this can leave you, our client and us the shipper in an unacceptable
position.
Please note that
we have no control over any government agency including customs and
that for any shipments outside of the U.S, the customer is responsible
for any and all customs charges and/or duties payable. We correctly state the contents of shipment on all customs paperwork as anything other than this can cause severe problems.
